they should have been:
a) She FELT something strange WAS happening.
You should use the past tense and since there was only a SINGLE incident, was should be used.
Sepatutnya kena guna felt sebab dah berlaku dan sebab cuma ada satu kejadian kena guna singular, bukan plural.
b) The word 'QWERTYUIOP' KEPT appearING whenever she tries to type.
ATAU
b) The word “QWERTYUIOP” keeps on appearing each time she types.

Beza keep dgn keeps. Sebab keep itu 'perbuatan' kalau banyak takde 's' kalau satu ada 's'. Contoh kalau words kena guna keep kalau words kena guna keep.
Jangan pening, dengan latihan akan jadi second nature.
